A short, practical note on what TeachAgent collects and what it does not. This is not legal advice.
Who this is for
TeachAgent is a teacher-facing static site of AI/agent recipes for primary English teachers (Hong Kong & Asia). There are no pupil accounts. We do not collect pupil personal information (names, photos, IDs, health, IEPs, or identifiable class stories).
What we do not do
- No school SIS (student information system) integration.
- No pupil-facing apps that ingest school data.
- Recipe prompts on this site use placeholders — you paste real details only in tools you control, never into forms that send pupil data to us.
- We do not publish school branding, private word lists, or internal school IP.
What we may process
- Hosting (Vercel): standard web server logs (e.g. IP, user-agent, pages requested) as part of serving the static site. We do not run our own analytics cookies on the pages themselves for pupil tracking.
- Newsletter (Beehiiv): if you subscribe, Beehiiv holds the email and related subscribe data you provide. Unsubscribe via their links or contact us.
- Pack sales (Gumroad): if you buy a pack, Gumroad processes checkout and purchase details under their terms. We receive what Gumroad shares with sellers (e.g. order confirmation), not your full card number.
- Workflow submissions: if you email or submit a recipe idea, we use that content to review and possibly publish a human-edited summary. Do not include pupil PII in submissions.
